Chartered Building Surveyor (Registered Valuer)

I am a Chartered Building Surveyor who qualified as a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1990.  In addition to my Chartered status I have gained additional qualification, in 1996, by way of a Diploma in Building Conservation through the College of Estate Management in Reading.

My experience in the property profession extends over a 35 year period, both in a studying and working capacity.

My career has included working for a national house builder, Local Authority, small private practice, national private practice company and latterly working for a national corporate company covering the West Midlands and surrounding Counties.

I have extensive experience in the residential property market encompassing all property types – houses, flats, Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMO), Buy to Let and Student lets – ranging from historic/period to modern properties.
